Ticket management system
The VSV has her own ticket management system for event registration, analysis, and check-in. You can access this going to https://vsv.tudelft.nl/event/. Before you can view this page, you need to log in on the VSV website. Board members are able to see all events, but committee members can only see data on events that they themselves organize.
Once you click on an event, you will be able to do the following:
Create free ticket: Useful for testing, or for reregistering a participant when something went wrong. Don't forget to send the treasurer a turf e-mail if you do this!
Ticketlist: Shows all tickets sold and participant information.
Ticket history: Brief analysis of the number of tickets sold over time, useful if you want to see what promotion was most effective.
Checklist: Useful if you want to manually check in a participant, if they can't find their registration e-mail, for example.
Check-in: Enables board and committee members to check in people's tickets.
Checking in tickets can be done as follows:
Make sure that the check-in is active!
Go to the VSV website and log in. If you're not logged in, you can't check tickets!
Scan the QR code on a participant's ticket. It should send you to the VSV ticket management system.
If the resulting screen is green, the ticket has been checked in correctly. If it's red, something went wrong; there should be a brief description of what happened.
You can safely close the webpage once the screen is green, and continue scanning the next participants' tickets.
