| Sometimes, if a computer's localadmin hasn't been accessed for a long time, you might get a "this account's password has expired" error. This means that you have to change the password. To do this, you must restart the computer to go to the log-in screen, and log in as the local admin with the user name and password mentioned above. Windows should then prompt you to change the password.
