Although all VSV computers are connected to the TU Delft network, they are fully ours. This means that we must also install software and make changes ourselves, even if admin access is needed. Admin access is quite easy to achieve, if you know how it works. Normally, it's as simple as logging in using:
Sometimes, if a computer's localadmin hasn't been accessed for a long time, you might get a “your password has expired” error. This means that you are using the correct password, but it has to be changed. To do this, you must restart the computer to go to the log-in screen, and log in as the local admin with the user name and password mentioned above. Windows should then prompt you to change the password. Do this, and you're good to go. Don't forget to change the password in the KeePass!
